GENERAL ENGLISH
INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS COMMUNICATION (C1-C2)
Target group: This course is for students who want to excel in an international English speaking environment, desiring to work in English as proficiently as in their mother tongue. At CEFR C1-C2 this course challenges participants to maximise their language skills.
General description: The course concentrates on coaching student creativity and building confidence to perform tasks that have a positive and professional impact on an English speaking audience: in other words, performing to impress rather than just for function.
Content:
* Themed articles for discussion.
* Presentations both prepared and impromptu (being put on the spot).
* Writing skills for business communication and presentations.
* Advanced business grammar- making you more concise and fluent.
Teacher: Neil Mac Laverty BA (hons.) Post Graduate Diploma International Marketing AERSOL T.E.F.L. cert has been a Business studies and English teacher in Finland for over 10 years, teaching on many corporate , university and MBA programs. He is also Team leader for Cambridge ESOL examinations.
